The idiocy of this question actually amazes me, and I've been on the internet for quite some years now, so that is quite a feat, sir.
1) Preteen girls = underage
2) Unless you live in a communist society (which I doubt b/c you were able to post this question) the cops cannot monitor your internet usage and so its just you and your own personal morals here buddy. Looks like they need a little improvement.

Don't worry the cops won't come!! It's near impossible for the police to track your every move on the internet for everything you do! It was a mistake anyway and if this website is on the internet then i don't think its a problem if you go on it - i might be mistaken with that though. I seriously wouldn't worry. :)

You have nothing to worry about as long as you haven't been charge with rape or assault in the past. As long as you didn't register on the website your okay. If a simple click on and click off is what you did then you have absolutely nothing to about.
