How to hide scratches?!

Question: How to hide scratches?
Yes, they are cat scratches from my normally very sweet cat just going psycho all of a sudden and freakin attacking my hand. Pretty bad, four actually bleeding and a number raised but not bleeding. But the problem here is that I cut myself, usually on the legs, but if my mother finds on more scratch on my arms, she'll take the door off my room, make me get rid of my cat, take my computer, and generally make my life miserable. How am I supposed to hide them?! It looks more like cutting than most of my other stuff!

I dont think you can. you can try foundation to cover them up, but honestly, i would confront my mom before she had a chance. Go up and say:

Mom, I just wanted to tell you that I was playing rough with the cat and she tore my hand up pretty good. I was worried you would think I was cutting and wanted to make sure you knew you could trust me to be honest with you. I can show you the rest of me if you want to see but I just wanted to be honset and let you know I was playing too rough with our cat and she got me on the hand. I'm not hurting myself right now and I dont want you to be upset or get the wrong idea...

something like that. Perhaps she will understand. perhaps not. Honestly, if you're cutting, it may not be a bad thing for you to be watched for a little while. i dont mean to be mean or insenstive. its just hard for a parent who doesnt understand why their child would cut. they blame themselves and it scares them. if youre open and honest, she may freak out but in the end its worth it. i never told my mom to this day and i havent done it in years but looking back i wonder could she have handled it. the internet and privacy actually made mine worse. ... either way, be honest with her and she'll understand more so than if she isnt told up front.

You can't hide em unless you wear gloves, which would look very suspicious...
