I still have feelings for him?!

Hi there. Well i have been infatuated with this older man for a while now. It's legal and all. ( I'm 19 and he is 30.) We saw each other a lot last semester, he tutors at the community college i attend. (Lets make it clear he was not my tutor) We would flirt (eye contact, blushing, smiling) but we never had the time to talk. I haven't seen him since December, when the semester ended, but i still have feelings for him but i don't see him on campus this semester. I think he could sense that i liked him, and i get the feeling he liked me as well. Is it wrong to still have feelings for this guy? I mean i really really liked him and i mean i get asked out by other guys but i don't feel the same way about them as i did for this older guy. I would have told him how i felt but i was scared of the possibility of rejection and all. Any tips/ thoughts? Thanks!
