seeing spiders that are not there?!

Question: Seeing spiders that are not there?
i have woken up a few times to "seeing" spiders all over my bed, or coming from the ceiling etc. i then jump up and throw all the blankets to the floor and then turn on the light and there are no spiders. so i know they are not really there, but it sure is scary.

i also sometimes "hear" people in my house when i am asleep such as men talking in my living room, or someone in my room. and the other night i could have sworn my cat was in my bed purring, but she wasnt there and my door was closed.

are these night terrors? i have very vivid dreams, sometimes they are lucid, and when i was a kid i had the old hag a few times.

What you describe could be symptoms of a psychiatric issue, and you should speak with a mental health professional about them.

But... if you are taking any chemicals during the day or evening, those could be at fault. Cut out caffeine, illegal drugs, and lower alcohol intake. Don't eat sugary things before bed. See how that works out.

You should go speak to a psychiatrist because you may be suffering from a mental illness and they can give you medicine for it. If it happens when you are asleep then it is normal. If it happens when you are awake it is NOT normal

this is creepy, you should really consider therapy, maybe just to calm down these nightmares at least. you might be over stressed and your just hallucinating, seek professional help.
