Yes this happens to me everytime I get an anxiety attack. your body gets exhausted because when you get an anxiety or panic attack the muscles in your entire body contract not to mention the shortness of breath diziness and alll that. If I try to go to sleep I kind of doze off and jult when i wake up and feel panicky for like 3 seconds. idk if tht makes sense??? :/ just try to relax take a warm bath make a tea and lay down..... relax your mind and body...........

meds do help control the problem but it doesn't solve it
countless visits to the doc have helped me manage but there's a cure
check out this video and see if this is what you really have
it will not cost you a dime to do self-assessment

YES!!! A bunch of times!!! Till I finally did something about it!! I got on Meds... My Dr. Prescribed Paxil and Thank God it's helped me... Now I feel soooo much better! Go to your Doctor's and he'll prescribed what he thinks it's better for you! Good Luck!

Usually for this cases is prescribed bisoprolol, a beta blocker, adrenergic receptor blocker, the smallest dose 1,5 mg.
