You have hit on a very possible problem that faces modern society. What is false memory and what is reality. We are inundated with influences from a multitude of mediums and it can become difficult to tell the difference between reality and imagination. I would not ascribe too much to these feelings you are having unless you can think of incidents in which you were abused. If you continue to worry about it i would recommend you seek professional help. Good luck.
To have been sexually abused you would never forget it, never. Sometimes I try to pretend it never happened, and because it did happen when I was very young I do find it kind of foggy here and there. At some points I actually think it was all just a really bad nightmare, but then someone like my mother reminds me and all the pain comes back/: .Not sure if this is what you were asking for...

uhh if by that you mean thinking about sex at random times, not really, its natural.
I still cant figure out how OCD can relate to sexual thoughts...
