There is a natural and effective way to handle depression. You need to do sth with your body first. Try to press the point which is located on the top of your foot and at the conjunction where your first toe and second toe bones meet. (If not clear, check out my blog: www.tracysnaturalhealth.com). Does it hurt a lot there? That's Liver Meridian Point 3 in Chinese medicine, which is a vital point to release all the blocked, stagnant energy and help you to calm down.

ok i love cannabis but if you already have ANY sort of mental disorder or disturbance(IE depression) weed is the worst route you can take(well, besides real drugs). Running definitely helps. I use benzos for anxiety as needed so if your in a country where you can walk into a pharmacy and buy prescription drugs OTC try a couple of those. sorry i couldn't be of more help, I have the exact same thing, Co-morbid anxiety and depression. also come to canada if you can, we have great mental health resources(apperantly. but the help ive recieved has been completely useless so it depends on who youre talking to). Id bet its better than any other country though.

Marijuana won't help depression, long term (personal experience from decades of use).

Use the effective natural core treatments for depression at * http://your-mental-health.8m.com/blank_2… and page B.

If using a RECOMMENDED* brand of St. John's Wort, take with meals to avoid possible stomach upsets; check out the websites on St. John's Wort via page B, and if using UP TO 50mg of 5-htp daily in addition (or UP TO 200mg of 5-htp if NOT using the wort) take with a very low protein meal, to maximise the amount crossing the blood/brain barrier, with no, or extremely little protein 2 hrs before, to 2 hrs afterwards.

Alternatively, take SAMe with the core treatments, but don't use anything else. View http://www.typeofdepression.org/Cause-Of… & http://curetogether.com/depression/ig/tr…

I have had the same all my life; severe anxiety, trauma, depression, and feeling sick in the morning, with acid reflux. Do you have acid reflux? Scraping my tongue off the white layer in the morning with a tongue scraper helps, as taking my Lansaprazole and eating. Therapy for anxiety does not work, because all they do is listen to your life story and then make an appointment to do the same next week. Try yawning on purpose, every minutes. This relaxes you. Put your hands over your ears, like the Scream painting, and listen to the sea like sounds. Close your eyes, press gently over your eyes with your palms and look at the patterns. Feel for your pulse points, on neck, wrists and listen and feel for ages. Put your hand over your heart and listen. Put your hands over your eyes, face the floor, and whirl round and round until you are dizzy and your brain is too confused ti attack you for a while...

Walking may help. It gives your body an overall stimulation without so much strain on the muscles.

Do something. Activity is a depression buster.

Read self-help books. I recommend Cheerfulness as a Life Power by Orison Swett Marden. Or the Bible, book of Psalms or Proverbs (if you believe it).

Find something to laugh about.

Decide to recover. Remember, this is the ONLY life we have.

I use to smoke and I learned it cause my panic attacks and hightened my depression. If I were you I would quit smoking asap because it is extremely bad in the long run. It has also cause off and on insomnia.

Personal Experience

This is frowned upon but proven to work.

Try smoking medical marijuana.

It will help with your depression, any pains you get from our stomach and just your over-all greater being.

see a fuken doctor stop doing drugs and asking the internet cause they don't know what they talking about

common sense

I know. It happens to me. But I'm going to ask my doc for something else that antidepressants don't work.

Dealing with same crap :(

There are no quick and easy answers for dealing with depression or anxiety, but I can offer some advise.

First, you need to try to figure out some of the stressors that are causing the depression to worsen. These can be anything that bother you, like financial problems, relationship problems, problems with housing, or just a lack of people you feel connected with. I'd advise you to make a list of the things you are having a hard time with and organize them by what is bothering you the most.

Once you figure out what is bothering you the most, try to plan out a way to help the situation. If you are having money problems, you could try looking for additional work, or perhaps create a budget. If you don't have many people you feel connected with, perhaps you could try to meet people who share a hobby with you. The key thing to do here is to figure out small steps that will help you fix what is causing your depression to worsen.

After a plan is made, try to force yourself out of bed and accomplish those little goals. You don't have to do them all at once. If at the end of the day, you are able to look back at what you did and see that you made an honest attempt at making your life better, that will give you something to be proud of, which should help remove some of the weight of depression off of your shoulders.

A few tips, stay away from drugs or alcohol. While these do help to remove the symptoms of depression and anxiety for a short period of time, they don't get rid of what is causing it. If you aren't careful you can start depending on them to deal with the symptoms, rather than just fixing the root of the problem.

Depression and anxiety are a daily struggle. There are no miracle cures. Take it from someone who has been there that the only way to climb out of that hole is to try to make progress to better your situation. Good luck.
