Question: I lost a adult tooth.. Im only 16? :(?

I had it pulled cause I have been in so much pain, So after it was pulled the Dentist told me I would slowly lose the one below it, then the ones next to it, then it would spread until I lose em all D:
Im so misserable cause I also had the tooth since I was 11 so.. Seperation issues...

go back to a new dentist
see a hygienist for a good thorough clean
clean your teeth 2-3 times daily
use tooth floss and use mouthwash
