Zoloft not working.....?!

No matter what anybody else has to say about their experience with Zoloft it will not be the same for you. Different antidepressants work for many but may not for you. There is a right antidepressant at the right dosage that will allow you to live a happy and productive life. Just keep working with your psychiatrist and you will find the right one. Zoloft has helped many and is not right for some, like you for instance.

Make sure you are not using this anti depresive with minor sedants such as benzodiazepine, morphine and or barbiturics. Sertraline is an anti depresive prescribed to treat depression with social anxiety disorders, my suggestion is to go see the doctor, for sure he will prescribe you flouxentine, if this drug is not capable to block the serotonin recapture.

Probably not. I took Zoloft for a year and it helped a bit and then it was like a sugar pill. I upped my dose a few times and nothing worked. I finally came off the drug my doctor had me come off too quickly and the withdrawal was hell. HELL. So if you go off this drug, do it VERY slowly.

Ha Zoloft is a joke my opinion is slowly have the doctor take you off and get a good medicine only you and your doctor can decide what the right medicine will be

Your psychiatrist may wish to adjust the dosage. By now, if it were going to help, it would have done so. There are other medications as well. Read about side effects as well.
