Hello, I have been dealing with lots of stress lately since things got crazy at my job and some other things going on. I have no energy during the day and can barely focus on anything. Part of it I think is because I can't get through a night of sleep without waking up. I wake up in the middle of the night with my head spinning with all these worries and can't get back to sleep. I'm a doctor and believe it or not, I had the same problems with stress myself about a year ago. I keep myself up to date on this issue because I have a lot of patients who have the same problems with stress... and I experienced it myself! What you described is definately stress related.

Here are the Top 3 things I recommend to my patients to relieve their stress and get back to enjoying life (keep in mind these worked wonderful for me too):

1. Living Below Your Means - Lots of stress can be caused when we are constantly worrying about paying the bills. If you feel like you fit into this category, try cutting back on your spending and live a little below what you can really afford.

2. Cardiovascular Exercise - Stress will build up in your body and that's when you start to feel all the bad symptoms. If you take about 20 minutes 3-5 times a week to do cardiovascular exercise, you will "burn off" that stress that is building up and you will see a big improvement in the way you feel. Try jogging, doing rows on the row machine at a gym, or anything that makes you sweat.

3. Natural Stress Relief Supplements - Here's a secret I wish more people knew about.
