yeah i understand ur problem your not use to it and since its her house she is comfortable and will fall asleep fairly fast , as for yourswelf what i would do is just basically think of things you like or what you have done threw the day usually after i'd say 20 minutes half n hour u should fall asleep :) i feel ur problem i had it too :(

That happens to me all the time at a friends house. Try taking some sleeping medicine before you guys go to sleep. If that doesn't work, or if your parents don't want you taking it, then try getting up and walking to the bathroom or the kitchen. If it is cold then go outside. Cold can make you tired. Walking around usually makes me tired.
