How to talk to a Psychiatrist?!

Don't be scared, they just ask you some background questions, and get the gist of what your issue is, then prescribe medicine they think might be helpful. I don't know what you have imagined, that has you so worried, but there's nothing to worry about, they don't need or want your whole life story, just enough to put you into a category (diagnosis) and write you scripts.

If they ask you questions answer them in your head first, think about it, then answer. Make your answers sound half normal to avoid being put on feeling numbing and creativity robbing drugs or worse, being put into a psych ward or hospital.
