i am 14 years old now. ok so when i was 8 years old i went to guatemala with my mother because her bf was from there. i am originally from the united states. i went to school over there and learned spanish. where i lived over there there were open houses like outdoors. one day i was walking home from school and this mam (50-55) years old just lift me up against the wall on started feeling and tickling on my private area. i thought he was just playing with me since i was just 8 years old and i didn't know what to think. i never told my mom what that man did to me. i just realized as i got older that he molested me. do you think the man was just playing with me or he molested me?

It's not an opinionated matter -- by definition, he did in fact molest you.
I think since you did not know the man and he didn't ask you, he molested you.
He molested you. You were and are too young to give informed consent to sexual touching.
