I never feel full... and i need help?!

Question: I never feel full... and i need help?
Im 14 and my height is 5'6'' or 5'7'' and like i weigh 113-117. In the morning im 113 or 114 but i just weighed myself and im 117;\ like just the thought of almost being 120 really really grosses me out. I absolutely hate my weight. I always feel soo fat. I used to be anorexic but i had to eat more because my doctor said it was very unhealthy, but at this point i rather be anorexic again. Like i wanna weigh less, i never ever feel full anymore. No matter how much i eat, it seems like im never full. I never really eat a meal but its always snacks. I dont eat anything dairy.. like cheese, plain milk, plain yogurt, anything like that but its not a growth spurt or anything...

The biggest thing i always look at is my stomach, im used to having that flat, very skinny stomach. And now i have a gut, and it sorta sticks out.. I always look at my stomach and weigh myself every hour. in school i do aerobics every day of the week for an hour but it doesnt help ;\. People call me skinny but i dont see how i look skinny from my point of view...

So the question is, what foods should i eat that wont go to my stomach or thighs and that my metabolism will take it away fast, and which foods should i avoid that will make my stomach bigger? oh i dont eat fish or anything underwater also..

Thank you(:

Answers:

You are a perfect weight, if anything you are a little bit under what you should be for your size. Your Doctor is right about not being anorexic, and you will actually stay slimmer for the long term if you eat right. You are probably always hungry because I bet you aren't really eating that much, though you may feel like you are. If you are still hungry then eat fruit and veggies. Most fruits and vegetables are negative calorie foods that burn up more calories being digested than they actually have. Snack on carrot sticks, celery and salads.

Dairy foods like natural yoghurt and cheese are actually good for your metabolism, just eat them in moderation. Chilli, bell peppers and cayenne pepper (or any spicy food) is great for the metabolism as is green tea, eggs and berries.Below are some specifics on good 'metabolism boosting, foods.

-Melons, especially watermelons and honey dew melons. They are high in water, vitamins, antioxidants, potassium, all of which are essential for boosting metabolism.
-Nuts are full of good fats and healthy protein, as well as nutritional benefits. Nuts raise your metabolism, giving your more energy as a result, and keep you full longer.
-Mango is a great source of phosphorus, vitamin C and B12, and is also high in fiber and protein. It is full of minerals and nutrients, so it is one of the best foods to speed up metabolism.
-Kiwi Fruit. One kiwi contains almost 3 times the daily required amount of vitamin C, so they are great to speed up metabolism. They are also rich in Vitamin K and E, iron, potassium and copper.
-Cheese is rich in calcium and protein, so these foods speed up metabolism significantly. When calcium is combined with protein, it helps really helps boost your metabolism because of fat burning components.

Avoid things that are processed and high in salt and sugar. These foods encourage your body to store water, which make you heavier (temporarily). Also, don't weigh yourself more than once a day, and always weigh yourself in the morning before breakfast. This is when you are lightest, and weighing yourself at other times will just make you feel fatter than you are! Hope this helps :)
