Feelings Of Lonliness And Suicide?!

Question: Feelings Of Lonliness And Suicide?
I often get feelngs of suicide that I think are partly due to lonliness. I live with cats. But it's not the same. I just started going to an Episcopal Church. I just started vollunteering at an animal sheler to pet cats. And I've been serving on a mental health advisory board for a couple or few years now. But I have intense lonliness and boardom. Strange men are attracted to me and want sex. It really creeps me out. I've done really bad things in the past and I've had really bad things done to me. What do I do?

Answers:

Hi,

It saddens me to know that there are many people out there lost and confused. That's just the plight of humanity and i hope a passing phase to understand ourselves better.
Remember few points : 1) You are never alone. Help is always available, call up some help lines in your country. You need to talk to people 2) Life is precious, don't waste it 3) Mix with people. you really need to hang out and mix with people and really positive friends(you wouldn't want to mix with people who would pour all their worries to you at this critical point of time) 4) Speak to your church members, pastors. They will help you out. 5) google for lester levenson. He was able to get rid of all the negative feelings for himself and remained happy and healthy for the rest of his life. His story and technique will inspire you.

Warm regards

Worshipping a religious zombie will not help in any way. I would suggest at least trying to bspeak to a psychiatrist of some sort. Any time bad things happen to a person, no matter what they might be, there is a possibility of both mental trauma and repressed mwmories, both of which can have slight or severe effects on emotional and psychologicl stability.

Yeah definitely don't worship a religious zombie. Read the Bible and I mean actually read it and you will realize that there is way more in it than you could ever imagine. Don't take my word for it find out for yourself. I tend to get super depressed as well, and there are so many things I could tell you but I think the best thing is to wake up and question things. If finding Christ is supposed to help you then don't take anyone else's word for it find out for yourself! That is the best way to get your mind off of things

You are obviously suffering from depression.

See a doctor. You need psyciatric help maybe even anti-depressents.

Have you tried meeting Jesus Christ ? He will fill your heart with joy, happiness and peace.
