Can old drug abuse untreated give you psychosis?!

If over the summer, I overdosed on acetaminophen and percocet but never got caught or treated can i still have psychosis? Life when i took percocet, I had a little hallucination. But never had one with tylenol, I just blacked out and kept falling down. But lately I keep seeing things that apparently never happened. It feels so real, I keep seeing my friends saying the worst things to me but when I ask them they have no idea what I'm talking about.

I had a friend that said she gave up on me then when shes asked what's wrong a minute later and had no idea what i was talking about. Do you think this is psychosis or something else?

This happened to a couple of other friends, I know it's not a joke because some of them don't even know each other. It could be happening at home but I don't really talk at home so i dont know.
