No. There are multiple reasons a person could be experiencing a "panic attack." I experienced something similar some years ago,and finally figured out that a lack of potassium in my system was giving me a sensation of uneasiness along with an accelerated heartbeat that theretofore I had associated with fear or danger. A daily potassium supplement has fixed this problem.

I myself suffer from panic attacks but I am looking for ways to stop them, using ways away from medication as I don't believe it to be a good route. I found this guys blog while looking around and he tells his story and how he stopped the panic attacks, I am hoping it will work as good as it sounds

Panic attacks are caused by an overabundant amount of stress usually mixed with bad habits such as caffeine, alcohol, or drugs. See a doctor and he can give you better details and medications to help you control the attacks.

No, it means you have panic attacks. They're pretty common. If you have them a lot and they get in the way of your life, see a doctor. Anxiety disorders are fairly treatable.

Not crazy, just that you are not mentally stable and you are restless. You should try and meditate for just 5 min everyday and control yourself whenever it happens.
