I think I SERIOUSLY have an addiction... please help.?!

Question: I think I SERIOUSLY have an addiction... please help.?
I'm 15 years old, and I SERIOUSLY think I have an addiction to sugar. I am being dead serious... this is not a joke. Literally, if there is sugar in front of my face I will shove it down my throat. If there is a large quantity of sugar, like say a box of chocolates or cake... I cannot stop at a limited portion. Sometimes I gorge myself so much with sugar that I get sick and purge. My parents don't know that I can't stop eating sugar because I'm always doing it sneaky, and hiding the sugar. Like yesterday, my dad had bought a box of Christmas cookies over the holidays and never ate them and put them away in his closet and I took the unopened box and hid it in my closet and ate the whole entire box in about 15 minutes... then later in the day I was hanging out with some friends and my friend bought a box of chocolates and we took it in to the movies and I was sneaking in the box throughout the whole movie and literally ate every single one... on top of that I ate a lot of sour patch kids as well. If there is sugar anywhere I will find a way to sneak it and eat it. I really think this is serious and I really need help! What should I do?

I totally understand. I could have written your question several years ago. I could inhale sugar and chocolate from half a mile away.

The good thing is that you are just sugar sensitive like me - and that can be healed.

That's a sing of stress.
I'd add B complex to my intake at least with a dietary supplement.
I'd also abolish sugar from my diet and substitute sugary craves for foods made at home with evaporated sugar cane juice.
I'd also include more cereals (without preservatives, sugar, and colorants) in my diet

gotta agree with the doctor thingy. you should also motivate yourself and distract yourself away from sugar. dont worry, I was once like you :)

you need to schedule an appointment with you doctor and let your parents know that you are going to need their haelp and support
