Question: Is it a problem that I'm having a difficult time remembering things that happened 3 years ago?
I'm now 35, I've realized that I trouble remembering things that happened from 3-10 years ago.
If I think back I can't remember a particular event that happened 4 years ago. But I have no problem remembering what happened when I was 5-18 years old. It seems the rest has become blurry.
Is this just getting old?

Good possibility that you suffered a concussion some time back and didn't realize it. That would account for your memory problems now, despite remembering a whole lot more of your life when you were younger.
BA in Psychology. MA in Adv./Ed. .......have the same problem myself; too many concussions during my life.
