Is this depression?..?!

Question: Is this depression?..?
When I wake up.. I don't want to even get ready for school because I know that bad things will happen.
I feel like I wanna cry like everyday But I cant? it's really weird.
I try to tell/ask people about it but they all look at my like I'm crazy and they tell me that I'm always smiling and laughing. I honestly don't know what to do anymore. I feel kinda hopeless about everything right now. I'm in a horrible situation.

My mom's talking to these random dudes.
I feel lonely everyday and I spend most of my life on the computer.
I hate my looks and everything.
My grandma's in horrible health right now. :(
My teacher's all hate me.
I have friends, but I feel like I don't really have good ones.

If this is depression what should I do?

p.s if it is..I dont want to tell anyone because they won't believe me.
Is there anything I can do to get over this by myself?

I just wanna live life happily.

So yeah. :(
(I'm 13 if that helps you understand a bit more.)

Hi Tia. It's difficult to say if this is Depression or not, as it really depends on knowing specific things, such as why you're Depressed, how long you've felt like this, whether it was triggered by something bad, (or if it came out of nowhere,) and if you feel this way for long periods of time. It could be just bad mood swings, as part of normal teenage feelings, but some things you describe here, are part of Depression. The best way to find out, is to discuss it with your Doctor, or if you feel you can't do that, then visit a local health clinic that helps young people, and talk to someone there about how you're feeling. They'll listen to you, and believe you, and they'll help you find out what's wrong. Don't keep it to yourself. I've been suffering from Depression for over 10 years, so i understand some of the feelings you describe.

Also, your body is probably going through a lot of physical and emotional changes at the moment, so it may take quite some time for your feelings to balance out. Be patient ... Life seems worse than it really is for you, but you won't realise this until you start to feel better about yourself. Try to think positive thoughts, and keep your mind occupied on other things.

Google something called The Depression Project, which is a support group run by people suffering from Depression, and by people who've recovered from it, because i'm sure they'll want to help you. They also have a Facebook group fan page, assuming you already have a Facebook account.

Take care Tia, and i hope you get the help and support that you need.

I'm going through a lot of the same things you are. I suffer from anxiety and depression. Anxiety gives me stomach aches and other physical symptoms as well. I feel the same way, I just want to live happily. But it's hard. You really need to work for it.
Don't spend all your time sitting around, it really makes it worse, I know. Go outside and take a walk for starters. If you have a hobby of some sort, spend time doing it.
If you can, tell your parents. Ask them if you could see someone about it. A therapist can really help you. They have techniques on how to help you.
