I'd avoid medications, except as a last resort, and even then, only use temporarily, as they don't address the causes, merely (imperfectly) treat the symptoms, and carry risks, and side effects. These are all symptoms of something else which is the real issue. I think you probably know what that is. If you are getting a good nights sleep, eating nutritious food, drinking plenty of water and getting plenty of exercise, consistently for a month, and you continue to feel like this then it's time to either change your living environment or go see a doctor. Although I would not recommend taking ANY medication without first trying out the basic human needs above.



i have anxiety too, u can go to ur gp and try to get referred to a psychologist who can refer u to a psychiatrist and drug u up and put u on a whole heap of sh*t that will make u very happy and stress free. and if u take too many u start to see giant pink elephants :D



I need a little more info then that to be able to help. What triggers your stress? Do you drink coffee? Do you take any meds? Do you have anxiety attacks?
