Question: Am I decompensated or not?

Decompensation should mean the deteriorating of health. I suffer from schizoid psychopathy. If I was decompensated, I would have had for example poor self-care. I live with only appearance of self-care according to unchangeable rituals, but I realize it, I know, that I smell, but I am not able to change it any way as well as my poor accommodation. I remember a time before many years, when I live by the same way, but I was happy and not aware of my poverty. What is then decompensation?
