A good diet for a person who has a serious panic disorder?!

Question: A good diet for a person who has a serious panic disorder?
Im a 27 yr old male, and have been suffering from panic attacks since i was 7. I also have OCD and Im a very shy person. The past couple of months they have been really bad, having about 7 or 8 a day when Im at work which never used to happen. I had a really bad one on Thurs and had to go to the ER. They prescribed zoloft but I dont wanna take it. My psychologist has been pushing me to get on medicine but i refuse cause i know i can beat this without all of that. My main concern is that I have a child on the way that will be here in a couple of months and I would never want him to be with me while Im having a panic attack, especially if im driving. So i have been cutting out all the caffeine and sugar, exercising daily, and getting 6-7 hrs of sleep a night and of course praying alot. So I was wondering if anybody knows what is good to eat and very bad to eat? Or a good diet for this torturing condition, I would highly appreciate it.

I also take a Super B-complex pill everday and am using bach rescue remedy when needed.

Answers:

I have severe panic attacks along with Agoraphobia, sometimes I cant leave my house for weeks... Stay away from Aspertane, it's in all diet drinks and even in chewing gum, this could magnify your panic attacks, also MSG, that will help bring on panic attacks too... keep taking the B-12, dont let the doctor put you on Zoloft... When I was on Zoloft it magnified my suicidal tendancies to thepoint where I even shot myself... My doctor has me on celexa which seems to be working, but not good enough.... Niacin is a good vitamin to take, that seems to calm the panic attacks... Hope this Helps.
