Question: Why does my boyfriend do these strange things, is it OCD?
My boyfriend has some weird ... things he does.
Like, when he cleans he has to clean alone, every now and then he makes me leave the room so he can eat, ... he wont cook food by me, and a few other little weird things like that.
is this normal? my ex husband never had weird little things, but is it bad my new boyfriend does? Could he have some form of ocd? or soomething like that?
Or does anyone know someone who does this too perhaps and could tell me why lol

Well, you may guess and guess about your boybriend's strange habits, and still never know the answers. Let me give you a challenge. I myself am a boyfriend who has some strange habits, and I'm sure they drive my girlfriend crazy. Let me tell you one and see if you can figure out why I do it:
So, when I go to the bathroom, I turn on the water on full blast in the bathroom sink. This means that the whole time I'm using the toilet, the water in the sink is running. Why do I do this?
Answer: I know this will sound really weird, but I don't want my girlfriend to hear me using the bathroom. I'm just kind of embarrassed by it. It's weird (and maybe sad) but true. I like to keep my personal bathroom toilet sounds to myself. I don't want her to hear them.
Would you have been able to guess that if I hadn't told you the answer? The point is, there might be all sorts of crazy reasons why he does these things. Good luck guessing why!
Perhaps he is obsessed with doing chores on his own and he feels awkward if someone is in the same room as him while he is doing these things. If it bothers you that much,Maybe you should approach him about this. Maybe he isn't used to being with someone who wants to share in his experiences cooking,cleaning,putting groceries away,etc. Don't let this urk you,Okay?
