Help..? I'm deathly afraid to make phone calls?!

txting / skyping is just avoiding the situation just try your best one step at a time to pick up that phone ask yourself really what are you afraid of when going to make a call?
am in the same boat as you just a different phobia and finding it hard xx

I have the same thing. I'm also afraid of calling someone twice, like even if they tell me to call back in fifteen minutes I never do because I'm afraid to do it.
I really haven't told anyone about it, so I can't really help you get over it. What I do is just force myself to do it but keep the conversation short.

Ouch! I have a phobia of talking on the phone too. You need to get over it otherwise it will negatively affect your career. Try speech therapy so that you can gain confidence not just in the words you say but how you say them. Learn to love the sound of your own voice like normal people do.
