Question: Is there any medication for agoraphobia?

I have it, I feel like I cant get out the house without everyone's eyes being ON me, a constant paranoia , there are times where I cant even open the door to say hi to people, I would stand by the door and have no ...courage...to do anything.
ugh..It was WORSE 2 years ago when I coulnt get the mail from my mail box, the mails would just pile up.
All my life i've been nothing but a night owl.
