Why do I get mad / frustrated easily?!

Okay, never in my life did I think that someone would have that same story as me. I have the shortest temper and i hate teasing because it is frustrating and i tend to be sensitive sometimes which is also irritating especially when somebody tells me that I am. Especially my sisters, they tease me like crazy and love to see me get pissed off. If it were only me, I guess I would think I am crazy, idk. But it is just a stage in teenage life I guess. We are sooooo confused right know to what the hell is supposed to be going on, and the truth is that most of our friends act like that with their parents probably but put on a nice act in school. So when we start to get older and our brains start to mature even more I guess we will see things clearer and learn the fundamental principles of life.

My parents were very critical and it made me grow up with shame and a distorted view of myself and others. Do you think your emotions are a response to your parents?
