Question: Is my friend heading down a dark road?
My friend has been calling herself fat, and ugly. She hates her current situation at home. She txted me tonight and she was telling me she hates herself and that she is fat and ugly. Shes not fat at all and shes not ugly! But, IDK what to do anymore. I'm really worried about her could she be heading down a dark path?

a lot of teens especially girls, have this amazing loss of self esteem at some point. Every thing is wrong and they need a lot of reassurance.
