If you're considering killing yourself, don't. There's no such thing as being ugly to the point that you should kill yourself. And besides, each person is a beautiful, perfect, unique individual, and you're no different, you are perfection so don't kill yourself.
If you're just asking a random question, well I've heard of it but it's stupid. No one can be so ugly that they should kill themselves.
