Question: Suggest how to came out from depression?
I suffer from last 2-4 years.it little heredity & family atmosphere responsible for that and i feel every day bad and physically and mentaly lots of weakness, i take medicines like La-lithium(Half Tab twice in a day) Velaf (1 Tab once in a day),this medicine help me little not 90 percent ,is you? who help me 100 percentage ,if it is help me. I was clever student i get 86 percentage and now i am fail in my pharmacy first year twice and graph of my career get down . i think yoga and meditation help me a lot inspite of that i am unable to do that.finally what are the solution of it? tell me please

It is so interesting to read some of the replies posted.Anyway you are a pharmacy student.Never take the laymen medication.I think you need to change the doctor or consult one more Doctor.I think Lithium is very low intake.Doctor will guide for a blood test and increase the dosage.Don't change the drugs with out doctors advise.You will be totally alright.
