How to relax when you're stressed out?!

Question: How to relax when you're stressed out?
I can't take a bubble bath {for numerous reasons lol},I listen to music constantly so that won't help,I prefer not to take walks {don't ask},I don't really have any stress-relieving activities. {Don't joke and say sex!} I watch funny videos every chance I get,I lay down and watch movies..but nothing. I have a **** load of things on my mind right now..and nothing is helping. What should I do?
Thanx

There are so many ways to unwind the key is just figuring out which is best for you. Beginners yoga is easy and relaxing, drawing, art projects are always fun and gets you focused on something besides your problems, if you are not the artsy type, try journaling. Writing always helps me. Write whats upsetting you write what you are pissed off about write anything and if you are worried someone will see it have a burning ceremony where all that you wrote is going up in smoke just like the real stressors. Good luck. God bless. Oh and praying always, always works if you have faith and believe.

I am in the same situation right now... I have been online looking for funny videos and things but nothing seems to work x(
The thing that calms me down the most is a hot cup of milk chocolate and my favorite book or magazine. Sometimes, when I am reaaaaly stressed, I go out to the veranda (or just outside my house, on my door step) and look at the sky, day dream.... I dont like going far away, taking walks, because it is usually the night time when I am stressed.

What kind of music do you listen to?
If you don't listen to Queen, Pink Floyd, or the Doors, listen to them.
Read Stephen King.
Eat pancakes.
