Someone help, my sleeping pattern is messed up, i feel like crap:/?!


Question: Someone help, my sleeping pattern is messed up, i feel like crap:/?
Its half term right now and my sleeping pattern is messed up(it always is)
i didnt get to sleep till about 6am and didnt manage to get out of bed till 5pm
i feel so gross, i have a headache, my eyes hurt, i feel so groggy ;/
ive already took some ibrufen tablets but that hasnt helped
how do i get my sleeping back to normal;/ i put my alarm on for 1 30 but i was so tired i just forget and get annoyed with the alarm, turn it off then i go back to sleep and dont wake up untill 5

The more you stay in that sleeping pattern the harder it will be to get out of it. I would not recommend trying to break out of it all at once. Your internal body clock won't allow you to do that instantly. I would go to sleep an hour/two hours max earlier every night and waking up subsequently one/two hours later depending on when you went to bed. Space it for about 9 hours, which is a healthy night's sleep. I also recommend whilst you are doing this that you take melatonin, which is a natural balancer for disrupted sleep patterns. Don't get stuck to a screen for at least an hour before you go to bed, it will make your eyes restless and make it harder for you to sleep! Hope this helps!



Stay up for 24 hours and then go to sleep about 9:30 pm and set your alarm clock to get up at a reasonable time.
