is this just anxiety? feels like everythings moving?!

Question: Is this just anxiety? feels like everythings moving?
Yesterday I had a horrible panic attack. It lasted for an hour and I felt the effects from it all day. Today I feel much better but its still like lingering. Yesterday I was really dizzy, like everything was moving around me and beneath me. Today it is better but comes now and then. Is this normal for anxiety? To feel like the floor is moving below me. My ex husband just got back from deployment and I'm stressing about dealing with him, could this be it?

Answers:

it could be your ex husband, however, if you have been in physical contact, or around him, he may have infected you with a virus.
Most likely you have ironically gotten anear infection that is not related. You could have been exposed to something that caused and ear infection for months and your body was great at keeping it at bay, until your ex come along and put you under stress. Under stress your body was no longer strong enough to fight the ongoing infection so it showed its signs of being there. You have typical signs of an inner ear infection. It is the season for these types of infections.

This seems like the symptoms of the classic panic attack. Are these regular? If they are you may have to talk to your gp to get you on SSRI medication (i.e. antidepressants). Living with anxiety attacks and living in fear of you next one is really awful, don't wait until it gets that bad!

Personal experience

anxiety, panic attacks are learned behaviors, you can't deal outwards with stress so it turns inwards and causes panic and feelings of helpless, the only way to get aloud this is to face the stress with a positive outlook not in a OMG way, takes skill to develop this but it can be mastered

"stressing about dealing with him?" that doesn't sound like a healthy relationship.
and im sure it's normal.
meds might not be a bad idea, just so it doesn't happen again.
