Ok so there is this girl in my class and I concider her my friend. I dont really think she likes me much but I think there might be something wrong with her. Certain things need to be strait and the doors MUST be closed or she has a freakout. She dresses really weird and has an obsession with shiny objects. She loves it when i play with her hair and often asks me childish questions like what's your favorite... She never pays attention to anything for more than a few seconds, often darting her eyes. She almost always taps her foot and gets up sometimes. She tells me about her "friends" that nobody else can see. She is quite anti social, often questioning motives. She will go to extremes to avoid even the most basic human contact. She doesnt really get out much or talk much. She thinks there are people living in her head and sometimes talks to them. She always asks where she is, who i am, and who she is. She has scars lining her wrists and tries to hide them really bad. She sometimes gets a very distant look and won't respond. She has freakouts where she gets really crazy and laughy for NO reason but then she will randomly start throwing stuff and yelling. She twitches a lot and does things she obviously can't help (face and verbal movements). She never sleeps around me, i cant even remember one time. She cleans everything, all the time. She does everything in patterns as well. Please help. Am I just paranoid? Please name specifics. Don't tell me to tell a doctor or adult because once her trust is gone, it is gone. I dont think her parents notice either. They arent home much. 10 points for most specific!!!

Well she possibly has ADD/ADHD,
OCD, or she is bipolar.
She may be psychologically messed up.

I severely recommend telling your parents or a trusted adult. before you do anything TELL YOUR MOM OR DAD, they can get the right people to help her or tell you if you're overeacting. Just don't decide on your own, you need a professional.

Well she certainly is interesting. She might be schizophrenic. Or A.D.H.D. I dart my eyes around and have a short attention span but I'm nothing like this chick. She tell someone you trust. Sorry this is all i can do.

Talk to her of whats going on with her family. Make her draw a picture of what she hates and dose not hate! Then ask her about the picture that she hates and what it means. Then ask her what has that person done to you. Then Talk to your school counselor or therapist. Don't just stand there get help from your parents and the school!

no-one on hear could ever diagnose her without knowing her do the teachers not notice? but ti sounds like it could be so many things ocd's,anxiety's,depression and self harm,schizophrenia,allsorts of disorders sorry I know that isn't the answer you wanted but there is only one way to find out,I know you don't want to break confidence but you could tell someone without her knowing you have .If they haven't already noticed you could write all the things she is doing down give it to someone who sees her in class just ask them to keep an eye out then it will be down to them to talk to her you can still be her friend I understand your dilemma and I realise you wish to be a good friend but this girl could be really poorly and withouthelp could become worse with help she may be able to conquer some of these problems and realx more.Keeping it silent is never he answer if you do have a diagnosis for her she may still need some type of treatment and she will not get that on here.Sorry to be blunt I hope I haven't offended you .She may need you as her friend she probably does like you but she needs to like herself first.I hope things work out for the bestxxxxxxxx
