like when im lying down ill see the face of some celebrity or some random person from way back ..why dooes this happen...?

you may have the gift of a photographic memory, practice will make perfect! Study who or what you see in a picture then hide the picture from yourself and write what you remember about the picture down and check the details you took down against the picture.
