Addicted to food! Please help!?!


Question: Addicted to food! Please help!?
Im 19 and a size 16-18 now verging on the 18 mark! I used to be a size 6! I don't over-eat, I stop when I'm full but I can't STAND feeling hungry and when I eat I eat all the wrong foods because I crave it! I am active, I take long walks and I also train in lightweights and I go on the X-trainer but I know I eat more calories than what I burn off. I'm starting to feel really miserable, please help me lose weight =( Any trick thoughts I can think when I'm craving bad food or any foods which I could eat which are quite filling but healthy to eat? Because I have a huge appetite too and that's natural for me.

Incase you're wondering how I used to be size 6 I was verging on anorexia,I was very sick with anxiety and agraphobia and took a HUGE fear of eating food incase it would choke me or was poisoned.

u should calm ur hunger with healthy food that dont have much calory, foods containing high fiber like fruits. and before ur meals eat salad, it fills ur stomach and causes u to eat less.
