My psychiatrist told my parents.
I think (s)he'll only tell if there's an immediate danger to your life. In my case there most definitley was.
You are a minor. Most likely your parents only have the health insurance to cover the cost of getting you treatment. A psychiatrist would not give out a false alarm about this.
You should ask the voices. ;D
