How do I stop bullying?!

Question: How do I stop bullying?
Alright, i'm in 7th grade and 13 years old. All year i've been bullied. In Digital Media class mostly (my elective). I come home almost every day crying. I've been slapped, called names, called stinky and musky in front of the WHOLE ENTIRE CLASS! I'm just done. I'm eyed as a nerd there. I hate coming home with red marks and almost crying. This girl in my digital media class always says stuff like "Boy, shut the f*** up". And she says no one was talking to me, which is untrue. Then i'm talking to my friends about something completely different to what's she thinks i'm saying and she'll say "SHUT THE F*** UP!". I don't want to be called stinky in front of the class (which is untrue, I put on deo before I leave school, before PE, after PE, and before digital media, which is 7th period) hate getting slapped and crying, by multiple people. Is there anyone I can talk to, because I know this isn't me, as I'm a nice person, so it's not me. Anyone I can talk to? Thanks
Jake

Did you know that Taylor Swift was bullied in high school? Many famous people(you are in good company) have been bullied. Do not stand for it! Please this is illegal and the kids that are tormenting you are not only the ones that will be held responsible. Teachers and other authority figures at school are accountable for this behavior! Go directly to your teacher and or principal. Tell your parents! Do not be ashamed! It happens to the coolest of people. Sue the schools if you have told them and they have not protected you. This is now a very serious crime in this country! Tell your mom and the two of you call a lawyer and sue. You will win enough money to go to private school and then some!
Seventh grade is the hardest year. But no matter what you deserve better and make them accountable. Please!

Years of life, school, college, grad school

Well you have a few options, you can Stand up to him or her or whatever, tell a teacher, try avoid them or just put up with it. Bullying isn't ever as bad as the person thinks it is, you yourself hype it up and then it makes the whole thing worse. Just calm down and image your gona be laughing at it someday.

Tell the teacher or counselor. Don't let this continue. I have been bullied before. And it hurts really bad. Don't be like me and let it go. Tell your parents. Because bullying is wrong. No one should have to go through sh** like that ever! I heard that bully's aren't so tuff. They're really insecure. My uncle confronted his bully. And they left him alone. But you really should tell your parents or teacher

Jake, It is not you,do not blame yourself. Speak to your parents and if you can not speak to your parents to school counselor as the bullying must stop.

Jake listen mate, it's going to sound extreme but bare with me...
I had a mate who was getting bullied, I had a word with him, next day he walked out onto the playground, calm as you like... and dropped the biggest nastiest right hook I've ever seen onto this bullies jaw. He was never bullied again. He wasn't seen as a hard man (he wasn't really a good fighter, just a lucky/ unexpected punch), always minded his own business... but people never forgot, and he always seemed to slip under the bullies radar after that day.
Girl or boy, walk up to them calmly, and hit them like your life depended on it, be ready for a few weeks detention, but it's over then, and no one will look at you in the same way again. Like I said, it would take some balls, but that's life, go heavy or go home right?

I was a kid once...

Where is your teacher? If the teacher is tolerating this, then report her and the student who's bullying. Also, you really need to stand up for yourself even if it means taking a punch. Bullies cannot be reasoned with. They feed on your helplessness. The only way to get a bully to back off is to get the authorities involved, and if they refuse to act, then get your parents to write the school board. You have a RIGHT to attend school without being bullied. Stand up for your rights. Now some people are going to say rude stuff all the time, so that you have to deal with on a case by case basis. But as someone who deals with grown up bullies alll the time, the only way to get them to back off is to meet force with force. If she calls you stinky, you call her fatty. If she hauls off and hits you, now you have her suspended. You win. She ups the ante with more attacks, you up your ante with more face time. You cannot passify a bully because they like to hurt people. You have to make it unpleasant for them to hurt you. I know others will say that escalating the confrontation only adds fuel to the fire, but the fire is the only way to make the bully realize that you are not going to give them the pay-off they want, which is fear. Buck up, stand up, and take care of it now or it will go on for years. Better to deal with it now, whatever the cost. If you get suspended for fighting back, maybe your parents will take your seriously and help you fight this bully through the school system.
