My bro has ADD and I have ADHD
ADD stands for Attention, Defecit Disorder. People who are ADD usually have a hard time focusing, they bore easily, and constanly have a need to be productive.
ADHD, which i personally experience, stands for Attention Defecit Hyper Disorder. One who is ADHD has a very hard time focusing and can be unatrually hyperactive. And in several cases talk non-stop and present unruly behavior.
Please note however, symptoms vary in degrees in both disorders and can be helped with drugs such as Vyvanse. Regardless of being diagonsed, these people can be successful. Bill Cosby, Walt Disney and Micheal Jordan were diagonsed with either of these disorders, and look at them. famous. so just because it may take someone a little longer to study, or understand, doesnt mean theyre hopeless. they just gotta try harder than most. and that always brings, success.
Both are pretty much the same. ADD is shorter for ADHD. You can also say AD/HD.
ADHD stands for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder which means it is neurobehavioral developmental disorder.
