I think i might be anorexic, but i can't tell... i've practically stop!

Question: I think i might be anorexic, but i can't tell... i've practically stopped eating, is that a sign? Please help!?
Answers:

Anorexia is more of a mental issue than a physical one. Are you obsessed with your body image, and wanting to go to extremes to lose weight? Trust me I've battled Anorexia for 3 years and it actually did more damage mentally than physically, and created problems like insomnia, depression, exclusion, aggression and even suicidal tendencies. I punished myself if I ever ate food and I was on a scale every minute of the day. I know people who aren't trying to lose weight at all and they just stop eating because of loss of appetite. Are you actually refusing food, or just don't feel like eating? Two different things my friend.

Experience.

Anorexia is a mental issue.
People think it's just when some superficial girl starves herself to look skinny, because she can't ever be satisfied, but in reality, it's more than that. MUCH MORE
I'm anorexic.
I first became anorexic, because I'm the type to COMPLETELY drop my appetite when I'm really stressed out and really angry. Like I just can't eat.
I was really stressed out for number of reasons for a prolonged period, so that created a pathway for anorexia for me.
Then I became obsessed with counting calories, working out, limiting certain foods, feeling guilty putting foods down my throat, feeling guilty if I didnt workout, being scared of gaining weight, getting extremely depressed for many reasons..etc etc.
I constantly have to REMIND myself for a lot of things. It's not even a reminder anymore, but it became a habit. I really feel restricted. I feel like someone set a rule that I can't break.. like a curse or something. Anorexia is one of the hardest things to overcome, because you need to accept yourself.. which is something average people don't even do.

If you have stopped eating purposefully to lose weight etc it may be anorexia. It could also be stress or depression if you are have lost your appetite.

Yes, that's a sign. Did you stop eating purposely?

Are you able to sleep or is your appetite gone AND you cannot sleep? It would give a different picture.

What does anorexic mean?

Possibly. How long have you stopped eating for? and why?
