I can't go to sleep please help!?!


Question: I can't go to sleep please help!?
I feel not rested. I feel dizzy and I'm always hungry. I feed myself but then I'm too full for ten minutes then I'm hungry again. I can't relax! I teird everything! Help! Please

Do you feel quite low in yourself? Feelings of sadness, emptyness? Or just genuinely feeling depressed? If so then it could be part of depression. It can also be a stress related problem. If theres alot of stress in your life right now then it can have an affect on your appitite and sleep patterns. Then best thing I can suggest to you is to go to your doctor. They can best decide the route of your issues and guide you. If it's just a case of insomnia then they can get your help for that, if it's depression then they can refer you to a counsellor, and if it's stress they can look at ways to help you with that aswel so thats the best place to go to. Take a deep breath and try and not let it get to you to much as your not alone. Alot of people struggle with sleeping and eating (me being one of them) and theres many reasons for it, the main thing is you find the main source of your problem and then from then on out it can be treated :) Whether it be counselling sessions, tablets, or simple techniques. I can suggest to you a couple of techniques in the mean time.
Before going to bed don't watch tele or go on the computer for 2 hours before bedtime, and try reading instead. Drinking hot coco or hawlicks before bed, and taking a candlelit hot bath to relax as well can help. A candlelit bath with nice candles and incense sticks can also help relieve stress and tension. Meditation too, where you set the room with candlelight and incense (lavender is my personal favourite) and even oils and lie back. Theres a lot of meditation tapes that can help you. Ive fallen asleep EVERYtime I listen to a meditation tape. It gets you so relaxed. Good luck xx

Personal experience



mmm, drink water, plenty of water through the day, not at night too much though.
Read, I didn't have that habit but now, I read every day and that will relax your brain and body.
Think, usually when you think about something, you get relaxed too, I like to program stuff in the computer, I always think about the right code or what should i do for a program, new formulas, etc.
Don't watch TV too much.
Run every morning, your body needs to balance your diet and your food portions, think that your body, your blood and your heart are one system, you need to balance everything so they don't get crazy, that's why you have these minors eating disorders. If you run, your immune system will be back to normal.
Sign up for a gym and try to go there 3 or 4 times a week.

Seriously, there's nothing to do except go see a doctor. You will gain weight then feel miserable about that so stop the vicious cycle. A lack of sleep will cause irritability, memory problems, affects concentration and your body is out of whack! Don't go down that road, detour and head toward doc's office.



Maybe you have a tapeworm or something... seriously!

on the weekends, sleep in and get some rest. u probably need it as much as i do...



These are strange symptoms. Maybe you excersise a lot? I suggest seeing a doctor
