My health insurance covers my psychologist. In fact, they gave me a paper with a long list of psychologists they cover. So all I pay is the $40.00 co-pay. A Psychologist is a therapist and they are about $100 dollars if you just need professional advice and guidance at this point. They will then refer you to a Dr for medication if you both agree that you need it.
