I can't be bothered to do anything!?!


Question: I can't be bothered to do anything!?
Well it's my week off school so that's understandable, but whenever i say to myself "let's go and see what homework i have" i just totally forget or can't be bothered, same if i was to get food, play a game, draw, clean. it's really annoying and i just don't have the will power to do anything anymore!
what's wrong with me :S
btw i'm not lazy..i happily walked to the other side of town yesterday. [to visit a friend]

Oh and i've been so bored because of this! ANY ideas on what to do!

well you could try getting up much earlier then normal about 6.30am or 7.30am, have a decent breakfast with some fruit in it (Vitamin C helps your body turn food into energy). Then really mentally push your self to go for a jog, all the extra oxygen in your blood helps you feel more active. Even 15 or 20 minutes is good to start. Then come home and have a cup off coffee (will perk you up) while you watch the news or something. Then do something like sort your room out, bag up all your old clothes that you'll never wear again and donate them to charity. Spend the rest if the day checking the internet for things you can do locally, like art gallery's, museums, indoor rock climbing, horse riding, canoeing, swimming, biking etc. then spend sometime after that convincing one or more of your friends to go on one and do one of those things. The next day meet with someone and go out for coffee somewhere, but take your time and relax.
Try writing, I started an email to someone the other day, it started getting so long that I copied it over to word, then about 2 hours later of solid typing and editing it was over 4500 words long. You can wright about your life or just make some stuff up. Also try inviting a friend round and watching a couple of movie's and then once your friend goes, write a review for each movie and post it on-line.

Try getting a boyfriend if you've not got one, that'll take up heaps of your time if you have one.



you get bored?.....dont have the qill power to do anything??.....you need to relax girl. do a list of your priorities and what has to be done.....dont think about anything just that YOU HAVE TO DO IT!....put some deadlines of when homwoekr is done. Idk...walk around the park....eat healthy. watch a movie. then start on what you have to do (like homework). talk to your mom or dad listen to your friend. just relax!



You need a nice reminder of how bad it could be. Try living without electricity or running water for a day. I'm sure your motivation will bounce back.
