hey there... well seroquel is serious stuff and the side effects are long and yuk if you go on google and read some of the sites and if you have anxiety have you tried seratonin it is the "feel good" factor...
but.. they always warn you about talking to your doctor before going off these drugs don't just self medicate check with the doctor who prescribed them...
and another tip is while you are on google punch in "food that makes you happy" write the list and go shopping and also get some magnesium tablets do some research ok and good luck...!
