What could the cause of this be?!

Question: What could the cause of this be?

i had a dream in which something put its hands on my head and started electric shocking me and it really hurts like i woke up and i can still feel the effects of it. This is not the first time this has happened. The first time it happened I woke up with a bad headache. Could this be from vitamin overdose or something?

Answers:

I had almost the same feelings but they would come and go asleep or awake. It was my blood pressure rising to the point b4 you pass out due to anxiety.
