It wouldn't hurt to call. Even tell them that you don't believe it if someone told you they cared.
[And I doubt you agree, but I do care. Don't say I don't, because you cannot read my mind and cannot see any of the thoughts inside of it. Even if I don't know you, you are still human and don't deserve to suffer. You may have been treated differently in life, and maybe you can't see how anyone can care for someone just based on the fact that they're human. But I hate it when anyone suffers, even if they are my enemy.
There are very few people on Y!A, though, who are trained professionals, so you need to contact someone, like the person on the suicide hotline, who are. It wouldn't hurt to contact the suicide hotline.]

You don't deserve to feel this way at all. I've been through the same thing, felt inferior, even like an animal. It's your depression that is making you feel that way. It's also what is making you feel like no one cares. It's not true. Depression is distorting your thoughts and shielding you from the truth.

If you are doing it, because you feel no one cares about you, then consider the future and all of the things you will miss out on.
And, it wouldn't hurt to call one of the hotlines (read the link Angela posted for info on which ones WON'T report you.) If you believe they won't change your mind, then it won't hurt to call, if they don't report you.

And, you may not believe it, but I and many others DO care. Do you have any friends? Even those that aren't as close as you'd like them to? It may not seem like it, but they would care if they knew you were considering suicide.

Please, if not for anyone else, get help your YOURSELF, even if you just call one of the hotlines for now.

God loves YOU, and he does not see you as "sub-human."
