I think there's something going wrong with me mentally?!

Question: I think there's something going wrong with me mentally?
Like I can barely focus at all anymore. I've always had issues with focusing my whole life and my pshyciatrist and I have tried to rule out if it is because of possible ADD or depression, but it seems to be getting worse. I've noticed at work it's extremely hard for me to focus in conversations, movies, reading, studying, getting things done at work(I'm a surgical tech). I feel like I can barely function anymore. I have to move really slowly sometimes to get things done or I'll mess up everything I'm doing or I'll end up forgetting what I'm doing. Sometimes when I speak now, it's either slurred or I jumble my words. While I'm typing now I'm having to focus extra hard just to type this out. I feel really spacey and dumb(lost) at the moment and I don't know what it is or what to do. I know that my coworkers notice it, but they're trying to avoid talking about it. I'm embarrassed to say the least to even mention it.

I have been on meds before, adderall, then concerta, then another non-stimulant one that I can't remember. They only seemed to work for a while and then it worsened. Now I've completely stopped taking them, and I haven't seen my phsyciatrist in a while because I keep forgetting to schedule an appointment. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm wondering if I'm slowly going brain dead or if I may possibly have a stroke. I feel like a dumb, sane person if that makes any sense.

Like I know internally I'm not dumb or stupid, but I feel like I'm going dumb. I don't know what it is, but it's really taking a toll on my life. Please someone help!

If I were you, I would schedule an appointment with my MD. You might have a neurological problem....
