Answers:

Yes, you can shed that monkey from your back.

You may have difficulty sleeping for a few nights because you're withdrawling from a potent major sedative.

But your ability to sleep without that major sedative will return to normal within a week or so.

Your dreams will be better too, because that Seroquel has "sedated" your brain while you slept, depriving you of R.E.M. sleep. A sedated brain suffers from sleep deprevation 'cause it's sedated, not in a natural sleep recovery mode. Sleep induced by major sedatives can induce nightmares and is actually detrimental to you.

Seven hours of undrugged, unsedated sleep is better for your mind than 14 hours of sedated sleep.

Since you were only on it for a couple of weeks, and you've been weaning yourself off of that toxic poisonous neuroleptic brain damaging drug Seroquel, you can quit and look forward to better thoughts, dreams, and better psysical and mental health, neuroleptic drug free.

25mg is the lowest dose so you should take that for a week before stopping. Make sure your doctor knows you're weaning off though.

I would give it about a week, i did that with different med. it wasnt good.
