I agree with the first answer: paranoia and a possible case of schizophrenia. There are other psychological disorders that have similar symptoms as to what you're experiencing.

You definitely have something psychologically going on, so I'd recommend immediate professional help. Go schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist. Right now.

Thoughts of killing people is a very serious thing.
Please get some help. Find someone to talk to. Don't throw away your life.
