my age is 29 yrs, i ahve been affected ocd and ocpd from my 5 yrs childhood, because OCPD I loss my parents , brother and sisiter and all my friends even though taking SSRI heavy dose with therpy, and I was totaly affected by side effects of SSRI medicne but little bit ok with therpy, but now my condition is very bad like moderate anxiety with heavy depresssion, palpitation, gas trouble and lack of enercy in memory and work, so I contact one USA doctor by mobile , he told to go through RTMS therpy, it was also failed, so finaly I have met one delhi doctor, he asked to take deep brain stimulation with neuro stimulator,,, and expenses will be 5 lake, what I will do, I am very helpless, If i want to atke DBS, I need to apply loan, anyone guide me ,how to collect money and how it is suitable for me, everyday I am trying for suicide 2 times due to heavy anxiety, please help me

what is vitally important is to choose your healing route- for this problem ----- carefully from good information—that means knowing druggs/meds treatment for this can/will be damaging to your mind and body .drugs only mask the symptoms they do not cure.

1,get someone to massage your back and legs at least 3 times a week use peanut oil or a mix of 50-50 olive and peanut oil.

7 be amongst people who are giving, friendly who have time for you who love you , choose your friends well . choose your company well.

9 do some work which you like or love

10 ensure you do no acts which hurt or inflict on anyone –don’t want to add to your karma do we !!!

12 focus your mind - think good positive thoughts, laughter, look at comedy, play good uplifting music,

13 avoid at all costs exposure to violence, murders, suffering ,death ,tragedies, -feed upon good things uplifting things, things that feel like a breath of fresh air..

14 Positive affirmation- t programme your self in the mirror , thoughts are things words are things actions are things , all have influence, few people realise these things can have an effect on themselves .

15 get a detox ------ toxins can influence how you feel big time

YOU ARE A NORMAL HUMAN BEING with some illnesses that you are aware of. Tell yourself, it is like a person with some allergies. You cannot tolerate some things and keep thinking about some things. If the problem is within you, the solution is also within you. More so because you know what your problem is. Just for one day, stop expecting any benefit from any treatment. I am not telling you to stop treatment. Just don't expect any miracle from the treatment. DARE. That is what you have to do.
When your OCD tells you to do or not do something, disobey.. do the opposite. For example if your OCD tells to wash your hand, don't. Say to yourself, "others do not wash for this reason, why should I?" If the urge is too strong, wipe your hands dry but do not wash. And you will see.. nothing bad has happened. Thus you have just defeated the devil of OCD.

You do not like your problems, do you? Then why do you spend time thinking about it? Force yourself to be physically and mentally involved in various activities. Don't think, read or ask about your problems. Live life. Enjoy the movie, feel the song, beat your friend in the tennis game, write your blog. Move on. Do not stop. OCD thoughts may come back. I am so sorry you're having a difficult time in getting help.
Deep Brain Stimulation is becoming more widely known for disorders like schizophrenia, Parkinsons and depression, but there are very dangerous risks, the improvement can be frustratingly gradual, and the cost is outrageous (up to $30,000 per surgery.) SSRIs and antidepressants do not cure the problem; they only dampen the symptoms while pumping you with harmful chemicals, which is why millions suffer more problems afterwards. I personally think there are other alternative methods of treatment for OCD and anxiety that can be safer and much more affordable.
Hypnotherapy is one method that I am very educated in and definitely suggest looking into a hypnotherapist in your area. Anxiety and its related diseases start within the mind, on both the conscious and unconscious levels. The key is to discover what the root of the anxiety is and only then can you proceed to dissolve the fear.
Do your research and try to find a qualified hypnotherapist near you who you can meet with and discuss setting up an appointment. You don't have to deal with this forever.
